Sir, here i want to draw your attention towards the rising problem of non-availability of the medicines in the echs bhubaneswar, the authority is not providing any medicine to the patients, weather it is the right of the patients to avail the facility of the medicine supply. I have applied for echs cards for self and dependents as per my application no [protected] on 28 Nov 2018 and my cards are received by Stn HQ Meerut on 18 Oct 2019 but yet not issued to me. I have contacted them but they say that they have only one card of my wife only and I have been harrassed to move from mzn to meerut again and again to collect.
