Dear sirs,
I and my wife are registered members of ECHS and presently receiving health services from Dehradun clinic. My wife is under treatment for acute RA (Rheumatoid Arthritis).
For past over three months most of the regular prescribed medicines are not available across the clinic counter. I have approached the Officer in charge of the clinic but to our utter disappointment he raised his hands in expressing inability to do any thing in this matter. He said he could do nothing more than place demand for the medicine with controlling Military Hospital!
Needless to say that we are insured under the scheme and the denied prescribed medicine are costly that pinch my pocket.
I believe there are more member patients who are facing this problem.
Regards.
Yours sincerely,
VKS Rawat
