Dear sir,
Patient name is bimla devi amd age is 78 years from kathua district tehsil hiranagar. The patient has to shift at night and i'm telling to a staff if you are shifting at night, do it in the day the patient had heart disease and chest problem the patient was in c. C. U. From 8-9 days. While the patient had to discharge tomorrow it was a matter of hours but still the patient was not kept in c. C. U if there is any problem with the person during this time, then the hospital will be responsible for it and we are not satisfied with today's day we do not want this to happen again with any patient.
