Dear sir, my name is j. W. Jeyapal, exchelp, indian navy. Since my smart cards for grocery and liquor expired, i applied for new ones through unit canteen ins agrani, coimbatore during end of jan. 18. Till now i did not receive any sms. I am not able to buy anything from the canteen. So i request you to unlock the old cards if possible till i get the new ones. I also request you to intimate the status of my new cards.
