Respected sir/ma'am,
Hi my name is harsha vardhan, recently i got a call from exa technology for part time job. They asked me to fillup 15000 captchas within 15 days with 90% accuracy and on complition of job i will be given rs33750. After this they asked me to fill up a registration form by uploading photo and signature and aadhar card, after filling up the form they send me a legal contract with my photo and signature at the bottom, and a clause was attached to the contract which says failing to complete the work within the time period i would have to pay rs. 9000/-. I was completely unaware of this clause and it was also written a legal action will be taken against me if i fail to pay the penalty. I had to complete the job in 15 days but didn't even provide me with id and password to do the job. Now after 15 days they've started threatening me to pay them rs. 9000, the next day they called me again to pay for rs. 21, 400 for cancellation charge and they said that they will noc but they didn't send me any noc or anything by the next again i got a call from after that they have called me again and told me that if attend the court in maharashtra too sign some documents or else i have to pay rs. 7000 and on denial have sent me a legal notice from their lawyer mr. Patel from latur now asking 3000 more as a legal notice charge.
Moreover they've created fake proofs of sending me the mails that never arrived to me. I am really afraid of them and now when i've seen many complains against same company and so i decided to come up to you.
Please help me out of this problem. A quick action is expected from my side.
