[Resolved]  Exalt Consulting Placement Services [ECPS] — needed back refund money

I have register with this company on 10 april 2019 and as per clauses if these peoples are not able to provide jobs they have to refund all amount, in my case its 5000 rupees (Receipt bill no : 22304), now according to there follow up i have filled the refund form, submitted all my receipts and bills but since 1 months on every week they are saying its been submitted and will update you within 6 days, but i am not getting any updates from them, initially they were picking the call and repeating the same lines its with the management but now days they are not picking the calls also. I have needed my 5000 rupees asap

Updated by gupt222 How they can put the status resolved until I will not get my money back they can put resolved status as 3 months(i.e in Nov 2019) before they mailed me that i will get my money back in between 20th to 29 Feb 2020
On that mail I replied to them like 3 months of time you guys are taking but till now no reply from them, I have an request form consumer forum to please the complainant status to open until I will get my money back to my account

Please change the status to unresolved as they have given me the chance of Feb 2020 in November 2019, but still I didn't get any amount after calling and sending them alots of mail finally they gave me a transaction id and saying that they have processed the refund but their is nothing like credited amount after asking the information like tell me which mode you guys have chosen and all these people are not reverting back .please do some needful for me .

Now they have only refunded 1800 rupees out of 5000, and in that validity time they were not able to scheduled a single interview, now they have refunded 1800, please do something .

They have given me time to refund the money in feb 28 may i know why they are taking 3 months of time to return my 5000 rupees and after sending mail they are even replying on it
