I had booked new dzire zxi amt bs vi model in month of oct 2019.
The dealer delivered dzire amt bs iv compliant model with defective battery on date of delivery.
I could not take delivery of car on schedule date.
Later, after getting battery issue resolved, i took delivery of car.
However, i was not aware or informed by dealer about bs iv compliant.
It was only after registration of number, that i found it online that my car is not bs vi compliant as asked and confirmed by the dealer during booking.
After following for almost 2 months with dealer and maruti as well, i failed to get any response from any of them.
The dealer managers met me twice to discuss this issue, accepted their mistake and tried to convince me to accept the model they have sold.
But i refrained from accepting and no resolution is offered by the dealer.
I have a confirmation message from dealer that my car is bs vi complaint. But not in actual. If i would have not checked online or did my car puc, i would have not come to know.
Hence, this is a pure case of fraud and i would like to get 100% refund or new car bs vi compliant from the dealer.

In addition to the dealer, i reached out to maruti in month of jan, but even maruti didnot help me out. The regional manager crm gautam subodh has stopped answering to my calls & mails. The moment i called up maruti, they wont answer my calls and ask dealer to call me back.
