Excitel — again and network problem

We have a connection of excitel since 2 months in these 2 months they didn't give us a proper service every time they have an excuses due to fiber cut network gone or else whenever connection goes we tried to contact on helpline number but at that time they didn't received calls we are fed up of this type of service kindly do something they are making fake promises.
