Excitel Broadband — internet issue complaints raised but not getting the permanent resolution

We have taken the broadband connection on 01.04.2019 for 3 months as of now we faced the internenet issue approx 55 days. when ever I raised the complaint they are saying with in 24 hours your issue will clear but after 24 hours we are getting the internet 1 hour only after that same issue repeating from last 45 days. Some ticket numbers are placing here for your reference

Above are raised tickets in app only I called to customer care approx 40 times regarding internet connectivity issue.

We faced the internet connectivity issue as I said 55 days but they have given extension only 10 days

Also I requested to the provider for termination of connection and refund for internenet connectivity issue faced days and remaining days but that is also not happened
