I have been using internet from excitel broadband pvt. ltd, when i take the connection they are saying that there is no hidden cost, but when the renewal time came they are start asking rs 100 extra, regarding that i logged a case in excitel broadband pvt. ltd customer care but and mail to mr vivek raina (director) regarding this issue till date they have not response.
