Excitel Broadband Pvt. Ltd. — Complaint about no customer support and not providing service as promised | |||||
On 18/02/2021 I contracted with you for Excitel Fiber 100mbps 12 months broadband connection. I entered into the contract on the basis of being provided with an estimated stable speed of 100mbps on 5Ghz bandwidth and 50mbps on 2.4Ghz bandwidth network. In practice I’m not achieving proper speed in and gets disconnected frequently. When I first learned of this problem, I contacted Excitel customer support number[protected], and was told that your problem will be fixed in next 48 hours. But then without solving my issue, someone from Excitel closed my complaint ticket. After one week and 10hrs my speed became stable but when i closed my ticket, I started facing the same speed issues again. It's been more than a week since I am facing this issue and because of this issue I was not able to complete my task on time which caused a lot of harm. Still my problem is not solved. Its been a week since they are saying that we will solve this issue within 48 hours but they don't. This is fraud. Was this information helpful? | |||||
