Excitel — dead slow speed and frequent connectivity loss.

Speed is very very slow, even slower then mobile network, complained many times but they close the ticket without solving the problem.
I am paying for 60 mbps plan but getting 5 mbps speed...
Connectivity loss is also very frequent.
Nothing is improving despite regular complaints on their website.
My hard earned money has wasted.
