Paid INR 6999 for 1 year to Excitel Broadband on 9th June 2022 with assured speeds of 400 Mbps.
However, since day 1, speeds have never crossed beyond 130 Mbps. Raised several complaints with Excitel customer care but till date the issue has not been resolved.
Almost 25 complaints have been raised in the past 30 days and everytime the complaints are closed by their customer service without actually resolving the issue.
Due to this, work has been greatly hampered as there are lots of issues in their modem and office VPN connectivity.
Fed up by this, I had raised a termination request on day 1 itself which they have deliberately ignored and since then they are trying to withhold the amount under the garbs of their misleading policy.
They are claiming that they cannot refund any amount however for the past 2 months they have failed to resolve the problems faced by me as a consumer.
Therefore, they are liable to refund the amount in full along with just compensation against the harassment caused. Was this information helpful? |
