I have got this connection installed on 24.2.2022 with user name : [protected]
my connection stopped working on 26.2.2022 which is almost within 24 hours of new connection, interruption on the for the first day was about 6r than 30min and today again it went off with TAT 3hrs
I called my customer care for refund as i am unhappy with EXCITEL's services they said they cannot refund my advance that i paid for 6months .
Please help me getting my money back and due to service interruptions my office work hampered a lot more over calling Excitel over and over and beg them to provide services is bad (they do not talk properly anymore) since they know i want refund.
