With reference to my customer user ID - [protected], I want to raise a complaint against Internet Service Provider company - Excitel.
From 30th November 2022 my internet is not working. I have already generated tickets and raised complaints more than 9 times. Always they automatically close the complaint without any solution. Nobody from Excitel came till now for any kind of solution. I have been completely disappointed from the irresponsible behavior & worst service.
On 14th December 2022 3rd party technician has visited on my place assigned by Excitel. He change the Wi-Fi router at and charged Rs. 250 for the same. I cannot understand that, when I paid for 3 month subscription with new Wi-Fi router to the excitel then why I will pay extra Rs. 250 for an old router.
When I talk to the customer care, they force me to give the payment. And they were already saying that if I reject or close the internet connection then they will not refund my money back. And they are saying that wherever you want to complain, you can do so. But we will not give any refund. Neither they are not giving solution and they are also not giving refund.
I request you to kindly take a necessary action against them.
