Excitel — if i renew the subscription for next 30 days would excitel give me services for 42 days?? | |||||
There is a chain of emails to and from excitel and me but my concern is same i. E. If i prepaid for a service yet to be given for 30 days and i am getting served only for 18 day's with lack in connectivity, am i wrong asking to serve me with number of days when you were out of connection. Why should i renew to get connectivity when i paid in advance?😏 even if in case i agree to the terms so does it mean after paying for 30 days, excitel would serve me 42 days for wasting my time, money & efforts. There were onsite technicians who could not find or fix the problem. To and fro like a ball prepaid customers are for these sort of growing company. Same verbatim everybody has i. E. 24 hrs whether over the phone or on emails. Question to excitel : 24 hrs means how many days? Was this information helpful? | |||||

My connection was.showing no internet till 4 days I raised a ticket several times but no one responded to my compliment . This the worst service I faced so far. Don't go with is network. They have shown interest on getting New not shown interest on problem solving.This not a right way to company growth. Please change staff are company policy.
