I registered complaint as my internet stopped working after storm. I had to wait for 2 days when engineer was supposed to visit. He did not visit nor he called me. I had to call customer care 4 times then only engineer visited. To my surprised he asked me to pay extra charges for the wire as he needs to add more. First of all if wire is faulty from the ground, why should the cx pay. I called support team but they are extremely rude.
Somehow a senior member spoke to me said there are no charhes and engineer fixed the connection. 2 days after i saw he did not adjust the wire . I cannot open my balcony door because of the wire. Disgusting and pathetic
