Excitel — Non-Return of my Refundable Deposit for over 1 year | |
When Work from Home started, we reached out to Excitel for Broadband internet connection in Bangalore- Lingarajapuram (My User ID: Divya S - [protected]) and paid the refundable deposit of 750Rs and three months payment of 1999.19Rs on 17th March 2020. Before they started their installation process we reached to Excitel office and asked to reimburse as we are moving to native due to pandemic for few months. The manager in Kammanahalli told he had to show sales so will reimburse 1999.19rs and when we take the connection again we can adjust the refundable deposit. We then never took the connection for 6 months and from 7th month we are following up for connection through customer care and till date we didn't get connection. We had asked to reimburse the 750rs of refundable deposit, but they are not responding till date. This is ridiculous and we are frustrated by shouting over phone daily.
