I have made a payment for upgradation of omu device of 1250 rs from my bank account which was debited and sent to their bank account on 12th june and today is 20th june, but nothing has been done and they say payment is not received. Local service provider - b. P. Internet does not pay heed to the complaints and refuses to pick up calls.
I have raised multiple request on their webasite but no help given. I have lost so many days of service because of this. Their employees - mamta sharma and sachin j did not help me. Half of the time there are speed issues or management issues which leads to loss of service days/time/ money of innocent customer. You can check their facebook page for multiple complaints.
P. F. A - i have added the screenshot of the complaints and frequency of bad service that this company provides. Sometimes even 15 days of service days are lost. That means half of the money of customer gone.
