Excitel — Payment Refund for failed transaction | |||
Dear Sir/madam, I made payment by online on 1st april 2020, to excitel by using the there payment gateway. payment amount was debited from my account but transaction was failed. till date I am waiting for my refund by Excitel team not refunding my amount. please help me to get my refund back. I raised the ticket at excitel portal with the ticket id #3198084. ticket raised on 20th april 20, when I am not get my refund. payment amount is-4999/- Was this information helpful? | |||
