Excitel — Refund of funds | |||||
Sir, this is to inform you that i had a connection with excitel wwitth. User IDs sahil_47. Excitel had an add that "if you are not satisfied with the service within 1 month of installation your amount will be refunded without any questions" but unfortunately i had requested for the same on 20 march. Will installation was done on 28/02/2107. I have again asked for the refund but now they are not even listening and it seems they are least interested. Ref NOS for my address all on their website are 25811, 24377 & 21597. such companies just don't care for the customer's. They are just frauds.
