[Resolved] Excitel — regarding broadband connection.

I needed broadband connection on immediate basis as there was low network in my area. So i contacted excitel executive for the connection. They committed to provide the connection on the same day. But no body came for installation for 3 days. They took the package amount of rs. 590. Daily the technician will call ask for address and will tell will come for installation in half an hour but no body came till today. So contacted other internet service provider who came and did the installation on the same day. Now i am asking for refund they are denying for it and telling that connection will be done today. But i dont need the connection now as i have already have one.
They are telling plan activation is already done for the month but i dont know how they are activating the plan without any user id and without connection set up?

they at last called for connection set up when i am already got another internet setup. i denied them that i don't want your connection. i took leave from office for installation and you all didn't come. so they agreed and refunded me my paid amount of rs.590
