Excitel — regarding not providing fibre connection

My name is vinay goswami and i am broadband customer of excitel. I had requested for conversion of my existing broadband connection to fibre connection. I was told by the excitel executive that by depositing a sum of rs.750/- and selecting a suitable plan for 6 months i would be provided with the fibre connection with in maximum time limit of 45 days. I deposited the same and waited for the fibre connection to be installed.in the mean time i kept inquiring about the progress and was assured that the connection would be provided with in the time limit and they are in touch with their local partner gaur cables. But, to my utter shock and surprise i was not provided with the fibre connection even after more than 3 months and the executive kept saying that the complaint has been escalated and would soon be resolved. Excitel even stooped replying to my messages and now they have marked my complaint as closed.
