[Resolved] Excitel — Router replacement pending
Reference may please be made to ticket number 9988407.
Complaint was raised last Tue on 6th Sep 2022.
More than a week is over, still waiting for the device replacement. Umpteen number of calls were made to local service provider Shri Avi Gupta on his mobile number +[protected]. He promised day before yesterday that router has come and will be replaced the same day.
Yesterday also, he promised that device will be replaced positively. After that he is not picking the phone.
Made umpteen number of calls to helpline number [protected]. When asked to transfer call to senior authorities, the same was disconnected almost immediately.
48 hrs period for device replacement seems reasonable but 8 days have elapsed since ticket was raised.
Does the company have any policy regarding the maximum number of days in which such issue is resolved?
I understand that there is no refund policy of your company. If there is an inordinate delay in resolving the issue, customer suffers mental harassment as well as financial loss in today's world where most of the work is done online.
I request you to kindly expedite the matter.
