I canceled my excitel subscription in November 2021. My model was picked up in November and I have still not received my security deposit. I have followed up at least 15-20 times and they keep saying that they haven’t received the device from the regional office. Not sure how that is my problem, but still, I have to struggle by calling/messaging/emailing to get my deposit back.
Im pretty confident I won’t get it back, but just want to lodge a complaint so others are warned
