Hi,
i have taken a wifi connection for excitel through online medium and used it for one year. When my time of one year completed then I returned the modem on july 2022 to the company when i have asked the customer care to refund the security, they told me to wait for another 1 month as security will be returned by the company. after 1 month when i have chased them for the refund they continously denied for the refund. now it's almost 3 months i am cahsing for the refund but thay are denying it by saying that ticket has been generated and it will be refunded.
They agree that they have everything required for refund like account details, contact details etc. But still don't process it.
i am very disappointed with your customer service as they are very rude and i[censored] complain to them about delay they simply put you on mute and enjoy.
