The excitel customer service is a joke. I have returned the device in the month of October in 2021 and as of now (Feb 2022), they haven't returned my deposit. When I call their customer care they ask me to contact the local office. When I go to the local office, they say they haven't got back any deposit from company's side. The useless "regional service provider" doesn't pick up any calls and takes his job like its a joke.
