Excitel — service terminated without notice | |||||
I have been a subscriber of isp excitel service since about an year now. My internet stopped working on 1st of april. I called excitel after a few days to complain on the same and was informed that a technician would be sent to rectify the same at the earliest. I called again on 12th april to check as to why a tech has not yet been sent, to my surprise i was informed that their service is terminated in my area (Without any prior notice to the consumer) When i asked how can this happen without notice, the reply i get is that it is not their concern the 3rd party provider ceased service in this locality. I have already paid subscription for this month in full and excitel failed to provide service without any notice which is unfair. Was this information helpful? | |||||
