I've been complaining since 5 days that my net suddenly goes down from 100 Mbps to 10Mbps every night at 9pm to 11:30p and now it gets disconnect every single time. Sometimes I have to wait for hours to acces internet. I've complained thousand times but my tickets always get closed by them with providing sny solutions. I've called their customer support service they tell me to perform some steps and i did perform sll the steps but still didn't get the speed then i told them that its not working they said that they will resolve it soon. But neither the local regional service send any technician nor they solve it over the call. What should o do. I've made payment for 9 months and its been just 20 days since my connection abd no one is solving my problem. It's literally a scam.
