Excitel — Zero Connectivity or Interpreted Connectivity Since New Connection Taken | |||||
I have taken new internet plan from "Excitel" on 20th July 2016. Since that day I am facing connectivity issues. From very starting most of times internet remains unavailable. Around 80% of time in a day, there remain zero connectivity. Worst part is that their customer care is not caring about my issue. Everyday I need to follow up on they promise me to come and fix my problem but till date no one came and fixed my problem. I am thinking to drag them to consumer court now as no one is there to listen my concern. Entire money spent goes wasted. Was this information helpful? | |||||
