Exide Industries — 4 wheeler battery complaint

I have launched my vehicle battery complain with reference no nupa00188577v543 on 12th august 2019 but till now no inspection has been done battery is in warranty. Lots of time called customer care but every time same response "we are raising on urgent basis" although sla already passed.

Please do the needful.
