Exide Industries — battery explosion - no liability from company | |||
Date of the incident - 02/05/2018 Exide battery for my inverter burst in my house and the acid spread all over the house, there were 3 people near the battery who thankfully did not get very hurt. When i called the customer service about the battery explosion even though the battery was in guarantee they said they can't do anything in case of battery explosion, they don't cover that. Something this serious should have some liability from the company and the users should be made aware of this before the purchase. If someone were severely injured because of this, there is no liability from anyone. Was this information helpful? | |||
