Exide Industries — battery problem and unethical behaviour | |||
Dear sir/madam I would like to bring attention in fact that I Parmanand prasad purchased exide tubular battery type-6EL150, Serial No.- 3YJ[protected] on 27.03.2019 with paid rupees of 16000 INR. Purchase store name JAI BHARTI BATTERY CENTRE, Bajrang wali more, Tinmuhani, sheikhpura, 811105 (BIHAR) Mob:-[protected] After 10 days of purchase we noticed that battery not running well. We have completed inspection of inverter related all gadget for ensure the working status, as it is found well working. Under warranty period of 48 month Sellar Rakesh kumar refuse to give services, while on their demand more than 10 times we have kept battery on their shop for checkup by engineer. Finally on 13.06.2019 accept the problem in battery and ask for return complete amount. Once after battery received by battery sellar refuse to give money and told it is settled as everyday rental. He threatened us neither money nor replacement of battery. His son rahul kumar also used abusive language. We also make move court to collect complete money and charge for mental haressment and trouble we faced in home without battery power. We hope you we take correct and punative action in this regard on particular excide battery sellar and return my all money in my hard time. Attachment herewith reciept of sellar.
