Hi, i am shashank shah from ahmedabad. I have purchased exide car battery from modern batteries dealer shop from bhavnagar on nov. 2015. I have registered complain about my car (I20) battery which is draining down and not working properly before 12 days on 10/05/2017. Still i have not received any technical support although i have called on customercare helpline num. 6-7 times. I am getting harressed by this problem.
