[Resolved] Exide Industries — Complaint of battery need urgent response
I have purchased Exide Sf SONIC FS144035L battery from Judge Battery(Regd.), Wz-93, Tagore Garden On[protected] within 1.4 year the battery stopped working.I went to Judge Battery but they said call to Exide customer care because your battery is under warranty. From last 5 days I have been continously calling to your service centre but there is no1 who hear our complaint. It will be good if i get the reply asap.I am really not happy with your service, if i will not get any response from your side then i will go to.consumer court.
I request you to please send your expert engineer to check up my battery as soon as possible.
