My car battery stopped working and requested for a replacement because it was within the warranty period. It been 10 days since i have applied for a replacement. I have also made multiple requests and complaints with the company but no proper response whatsoever.
Due to the pandemic, public transport is unavailable and my car will not run without a battery. At least if the company can pan out a date for when the replacement will take place and bear the inexpensive transportation charges i am paying due to this delay. Was this information helpful? |
