We had purchased Exide battery and ups .. with 3 yr warranty.. now battery is 2.5yr old and 5 days before we found tat battery getting heat .. so we had called service engineer and he taken and went.. while taking he told today (Saturday) it will reach u back.. now he's telling it will reach on Wednesday.. and also he s asking 1200rs service charge... What is this .. ?? Under warranty product we need to pay 1200rs ..?? And also.. not committed delivery.. please deliver the product before coming Monday Was this information helpful? | |||
