Exide Industries — exide not changing car battery within warranty

I had bought an alto car battery model exide 35 l mred 35l/12v car battery from exide on 25th december 2017 and yesterday 3rd march 2018 it has stopped working. I have raised a complaint with exide but they are just not responding even when my battery is in warrant. I want to escalete this complaint to higher authorities. My complaint reference number is nupa00065404.
