BATTERIES ARE IN USAGE FOR THE PAST 45 MONTHS AND IN THE RECENT PAST, THE BATTERY STORAGE SYSTEM HAS BEEN GIVING US TROUBLE. WE HAVE BEEN ADIVISED BY THE SOLAR SYSTEM SUPPLIER THAT 3 OR 4 BATTERIES HAVE BEEN FOUND NOT FUNCTIONING WELL AT ALL AND THE BATTERY VOLTAGE SEEMS TO BE LESS THAN THE REQUIRED VOLTAGE.
we would be appreciate if you could register this complaint and take necessary corrective actions immediately as the batteries are still in the 5 years warranty period. Was this information helpful? |
