Exide Industries — misbehaviour by employee and false report provided about battery | |||
Dear sir I have visited your so called very prestigious and esteemed service centre located at 165 ispat nagar, panki kanpur 208022 regarding battery issue on 22.6.2019 and they have issues a certificate that battery is okay but the issue persists and i was really fed up that every time when i have to start the car i have to push the car so i have again visited the service centre on 23.08.2019 and asked them to check the battery again and this time they said to replace the battery and for that i have to meet mr. Shivam shukla (Most arrogant and abusive person) who was handling all this issues, he asked me to provide the hardcopy of last report and i replied that i have lost the hard copy but i have a softcopy of that report and requested him to take a print out of the same he abusively refuse to do so, i again requested him that no any cafe is nearby so please do this favour to me, he responded so rudely and also misbehave with me and my cousin. If your company is providing this kind of customer service than i am very much sure that you are really going to loose your customer base and trust. So please resolve these 2 issues 1. Misbehaving and using abusive words to me and my cousin 2. False report provided to me on 22.06.2019 having crn tr/ex/knp/[protected]Copy of the same is enclosed).
