I purchased a new battery din50 mileage battery worth 5k for my car and after fitting immediately i realised that the battery indicator is showing white instead of green.
I understand some might be having slight defect, nothing is perfect in manufacturing so i raised a complaint with exide care and got immediate reply from city manager and in the same evening i got call from dealership guy harish aswell.
I raised complaint on 18th, harish ([protected]) called me and said i have to come to his shop to get it checked but, frankly speaking i don't have to because i was told it is a free home service. Though that shop is very close to my house i requested him to come as i was working from home then, he said he will send a person in 1 hr and no address till now i. E., on 21st morning.
I called him atleast 9 times and no response, if he is not interested atleast i expect a reply right? This kind of dealerships will ruin exide reputation.
I was told to take amaron by atleast 3 of my friends and well wishers but i stil stand by exide because our family use exide batteries only believing they are the best batteries, we use it for our inverters, cars and bikes no other battery comes in, this is my first complaint with exide and is resulted to be very disappointing.
Adding inverter battery bills also which proves that i use only exide and am a genuine exide customer.

The dealer didn't visit but the company person itself visited and confirmed that the battery is ok but that is just indicator problem
