I have purchased exide battery (Model - gel magic -1500) on dated 07/02/2018 from spark battery company located at varuna bridge raod, varanasi-221002, for your kind information at present this battery is not working while i have made a complaint against this on your toll free number and complaint number is nup0386192 on dated 29/07/2019.

Therefore i would like to request you please replace it as per your rule as soon as possible
