Exide Industries — Replacement of defective car battery | |||
I had purchased exide battery SF011969 from New Delhi Motor House on 02.08.2021 . Due to defective products of exide battery's quality, the battery of my standing car at my premises has totally failed. I had lodged a complaint on 16.9.2021 and the same has been resolved by technician Mr. Rohit and said found OK. On 17.9.2021 at 10 AM I had again lodged a complaint for the problem faced by me and the same has been attended at 5.00 PM after my repeated telephone calls to customer care and also Mr. Naresh. I had sent several emails at customer care for replacement of defective products and deficient service provided by the technician but the same has not yet been resolved instead stating that the decision for replacement can be taken by the Service Engineer based on the battery's condition as per the trial mail. It is requested to kindly look into the matter and necessary action may please be taken for replacement of defective products of my car battery at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||
