Exide Industries — two wheeler battery

Address:Hooghly, West Bengal, 712203

Purchased exide two wheeler dry cell battery (Sl no. M6f6u089102), with 4 yrs warranty on 16/07/2016, sent it to service centre within 10 months on 18/04/2017.
Service centre returned it declaring 'ok'.
It is not giving service more than three months.
My vehicle charger is found ok.
I am harrassed, want a replacement.
