Exide Industries — Two wheeler Battery replacement - S.No. M618G308949/6182

Sir,
I gave my battery for warranty replacement. It has been more than 16 days but the dealer is not responding properly for replacement of battery, So I request that please tell the dealer to replace my battery as early as possible.
He is telling the reason there is no Stock in the company. So delay is happening but also not telling the date of replacement.
Kindly find the attached Receipt.
