Exide Life Insurance — On my fathers death the company did not give us the claim amount rather tried to settle by giving us just the premium amount back.

My father took a policy from Exide life insurance company. It was an Exide life star saver policy, and the policy no. are 04101199. The date of commencement for the policy was 30/09/2019. The policy was given to my father after thorough inspection by the Exide company. My father passed away on 17/11/2021 and when we put in the claim the company did not give us the whole claim amount which was supposed to be 4, 06, 690 but the tries to settle with us by giving us just the total premium amount we paid so far, which was 1, 22, 007 and denied paying us the claim amount on basis of non-disclosure of my father's medical condition. My father faced any medical issue after 3 months from the date of commencement of the policy and also keeping in mind that the policy was given only after all the necessary examination by the company itself. We also provided the company with all the necessary proofs from the hospital itself which clearly proved that my father did not face any issues with his health while this policy was given to him, and we did not hide anything but still the company paid us back the premium amount and cut all further communications.

I am attaching all the necessary documents as well.
1&2) policy copy
3) hospital documents proving that any medical condition that was detected was after 3 months of date of commencement of policy. These documents were also provided to the company.
4) letter from Exide company that mentions us giving back the premium amount but refusing to pay the claim amount.
