My policy no 02048130 i tried to pay premium with my andhra bank debit card amt got debited but my premium was not paid pls do the need ful i paid my premium on 4th jan 2018 I request u to see the matter and see that i get my amt to pay the premium Again i kindly request u to see the complaint and help me to get back my amt So that pay the premium Sharwani Was this information helpful? | |

I was paying Exide Life Insurance (previously ING) for the last 13 years for Rs 6000/- per annum.
Due to Cash necessity i surrendered my policy last week. I was shocked to receive around Rs 73, 000/- only.
I don't know the reason for the huge difference in pay out while surrendering.
