[Resolved] Exide Life Insurance — Unable to withdraw the amount that I'm eligible (mentioned in the statements) | |||||
I have taken a Exide life market shield policy from Exide. My Policy number is 02258797 . I have taken this policy on 19th August 2011 which has a five year lock in period. I have paid my premium without fail. According to the statement to me for the duration 19th Aug 2015 to 15th Feb 2016, my Fund value is 369617.82 and the second statement that I received for the duration 19 Aug 2015 to 17 Aug 2016 my fund value is 410676.56. When I approached the Bhimavaram branch in Aug 2016 to withdraw my amount, the person at the branch said told me to continue my policy rather than withdrawing it. He took a scan copy of my policy statements without my permission. I was not interested in extending my policy further. I said I'll come back with the complete documents to withdraw my amount. After couple of days when I visited the place, the same person said that the fund value has been printed wrong because of technical issues and my fund value is some where close to 2.8 Lakhs. I was SHOCKED!!! How come technical issues happen twice at different period of time with wrong fund values. I said I shall drag them to the court by posting on IRDA website. There comes another SHOCKER!!! Without my knowledge, they have created my profile on IRDA and logged a case on my behalf on IRDA website and they have interacted on that platform and closed that case!!! CHEATING!! No one from their Team really cared for me despite my many efforts reaching them!!! I have all the policy documents and statements that they sent me. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Sir, this type of fraud also done with me I have also exude life insurance policy I have done payment 20800 half yearly sir plz refund my amount because it fraud promises from policy adviser my policy no is 03465940 pls refund my payment I have no interest like this policy with fraud policy adviser
