I invested in their MAHIKA project in 2011 for two plots of 0.5 acres and entered into agreement. They have been dodging for the past 9 years to register the property moving the date every two years. Their last e-mail after several attempts was on Feb 3, 2018 extracted below. Several e-mails after that and attempted phone calls - many times I was asked to be online but nobody came to the phone!

This irresponsible behavior is unacceptable, and the company needs to take action to move ahead with registration of the property and hand over the details to me.

Sir, I would like to keep you apprised that unit No-448 and 463 falls under Mahika Phase II and the same has been scheduled for handover towards end of 2018.

We would commence the development work 6 months prior to the handover of the property.

Once the project is ready for the registration, we will connect with you and take you through the registration formalities.
