My request for refund (Which is allowed as per the agreement) which was made in my first email sent in june 2106 remains unresolved. The company has been giving excuses for the delay in resolution.

I suspect foul play and an attempt to defraud me of my rightful investment by company's continued dilly-dallying on my request for refund.

I wonder if the company is currently pursuing the project or not as no update is available on its website.
